Basalt reads your invoices so your team only checks.

A desktop app for your finance team. It works with the scans and lists you already have, and with Zoho Books.

    Drop in the scans

    Drop the zip of invoice scans on the window, with your Excel list if you keep one.

  2. 2

    It reads and checks every bill

    Vendor, bill number, date, lines, VAT and total. Each bill is marked Ready or Review, with the reason in plain words.

  3. 3

    You confirm, it creates the bills

    By default, nothing goes to Zoho Books until you tick the box and type YES. Bills go in as drafts with the PDF attached, so a person checks each one before approving it.

Read on your PC, with no AI cloud. The only place your invoices go is your own Zoho.

Stays on your PC

The AI runs on your own computer. Only the bills and PDFs you approve go to Zoho Books.

Shows its proof

Each value comes with a crop of the invoice it was read from, so you can check one against the other.

Checks its work

Maths, VAT and duplicate checks, with the unsure field flagged and the reason given. Basalt can still make mistakes, so check every bill before you approve it in Zoho.

Follows your rules

Type a supplier rule as a plain sentence. Basalt shows it on every bill it applies to, and you can switch it off at any time.
